Justin sat in the back room of the tour bus, writing some song lyrics down in his notebook. JC, Joey, Lance and Chris were up front, pigging out on any sugar foods and caffeinated drinks they could get their hands on. Justin scribbled a few ideas down on the paper, occasionally glancing up at the TV and chuckling at an old rerun of Sesame Street. He knew that if *any* of the other guys found out he watched that show he would never live it down. Ever.

The door opened a crack and Justin jumped in surprise, thinking the other four had passed out from a sugar high by now. He turned the television off quickly, dropping the remote next to him and grabbing his notebook. He absently moved his lips as he reread the words on the page, trying to ignore the heat creeping up his neck.

He felt soft, velvety lips press against his neck and he sighed quietly. He'd know those lips anyway. Slowly, they made their way up his long neck and stopped to pay some much needed attention to the skin right beneath his ear. Justin gasped and gripped the couch cushion, his lyric book falling to the floor as the lips sucked and nibbled at his flesh. A smooth and nimble tongue flicked out occasionally to lick his earlobe, and he knew that wasn't the only thing growing wet. Justin swallowed and closed his eyes, his breathing growing shallow.

He was aware of a strong hand moving down his chest, the palm of it rubbing softly against a hard nipple. Justin licked his lips but stayed perfectly still. The hand continued its way down, moving slightly and running down his arm with the gentlest of touches. It moved over his own hand and past it, going for something between Justin's legs. Justin held his breath in anticipation. He could feel the slender fingers graze his crotch, grab something, then disappear. He waited.

And waited.

Still nothing.

No fingers, no hands, no tongue. He thought he heard voices somewhere in the distance, and a deep chuckle. He opened his eyes carefully, and they focused on a pair of amused green ones. Lance grinned at him and nodded towards the TV. Justin hadn't even noticed it was on.

"Since when do you watch Sesame Street, babe?"

Justin sat straight up, his face growing redder with each passing second and Lance's grin growing bigger. "I, uh... I mean, well, there was nothing else on so ... um..."

He had never been so embarrassed in his life. Grown men don't watch Sesame Street, Justin thought, waiting for those words to escape from his lover's mouth. Instead he felt Lance slide next to him on the couch and place a soft kiss on his cheek.

"I think it's cute," he said with a smile.

Justin blushed again. "Really?" he asked in a small voice.

Lance kissed him again, deepening the kiss slightly by allowing his tongue to slip between Justin's eager lips. He broke the kiss after a few seconds, saying, "Yes, really. This is actually one of my favorite shows. Just don't tell the guys. Their image of me will be forever shattered."

Justin laughed and rested his head on Lance's shoulder, sighing at the way they fit together perfectly. "Your secret's safe with me."

They were silent through half of the show, Justin giggling occasionally and Lance laughing at his boyfriend. It amazed him how Justin was really just a little boy underneath his 'Heartthrob' exterior. Then Lance broke the silence, staring at the images of Bert and Ernie on the TV screen.

"They are so gay," he chuckled.

Justin's brow furrowed in confusion and he looked up at Lance. "Who?"

"Bert and Ernie," Lance said, looking down at Justin's indignant face. His boyfriend sat up and whirled around.

"They are not!" he said. "They're just friends!"

Lance laughed loudly at Justin's serious expression. "Ju, come on! They are *so* freaking gay! They hang out together all the time and hello! They take baths together with a *rubber* *ducky*!"

Justin frowned, frustrated with his boyfriend's logic. "So they're really, *really* good friends! It doesn't mean they're gay!"

Lance sighed and decided to give up. He knew all too well that Justin
wouldn't back down. "Okay, fine, you win," he said. "Bert and Ernie aren't gay."

Justin crossed his arms in front of him, still pouting as he leaned back against Lance's chest. They watched the show silently for a few more minutes.

"They're not gay."

"I know that baby. You told me."

Pause.

"You still don't believe it."

"Of course I do. Come on Ju, lay down."

"Fine."

Justin leaned back and sighed happily when Lance rested his chin on top of the curls that had started to grow back, their argument momentarily forgotten as the two of them fell asleep in each other's arms.

JC, Joey and Chris closed the door to the back room with a smile.

"Those two are the cutest," said Chris.

"Yeah, they are," agreed Joey. He looked over at JC, who looked troubled.

"C? What's wrong man? You look ... perplexed."

"Big word Joe."

"Shut up Chris," Joey said with a roll of his eyes. "What's up Jace?"

JC shrugged and looked up at his two friends with wide eyes, his lip
trembling slightly.

"Bert and Ernie are gay?"
