Businessman

When Lance was in his business mode, he was very serious and dependable. All of the guys knew not to bother him when he was working on something that had to do with his business, it was an unspoken rule. That�s why he had so much in common with JC. When JC got into his serious mode, which usually came out while they were in the studio or when he was sitting bent over his notebook writing a song, all of the guys knew they shouldn�t mess with him.

Lance had been very shy when he�d joined the group, and he hadn�t become friends with JC right away. Instead, he�d watched JC with admiration. He�d seen how passionate JC was about music and had wanted to feel the same way about something, *anything*.

It had been JC�s idea to start Lance�s business. They�d spent many nights together in one of their rooms, working out the details. It had taken a long time for the business to actually start though.

Lance couldn�t remember exactly when he and JC had admitted their attraction to each other, but he knew it was sometime during the planning of his business.

JC had been the first to say something about it. �God Lance, you are so cute when you�re frustrated,� JC had said, smiling as he watched Lance try to figure out a specific detail.

�I am?� Lance had asked, smiling back.

And then they hadn�t wasted any time. Lance had known he shouldn�t do anything with JC because he was already with Justin, but once JC had started nibbling on his ear and neck, he hadn�t been able think clearly, not to mention feel bad for cheating on Justin. But it wasn�t really cheating since they weren�t really in a relationship to start with.

Every night after the first one, Lance would go to JC�s room right after the concert they�d performed and had sex with JC. Then he�d sneak into Justin�s bed, apologizing that his �business� was taking so much time to develop. Justin always believed him, too.

The sex with JC wasn�t exactly soft and sweet as it was with Justin. It was hot and sweaty. Both JC and Lance were on highs from the concert, so they took it out on each other.

They always ended at exactly 1:00am, no matter how far they�d gotten. If it was any sooner, or later, JC would be very annoyed and upset. So Lance knew to stay with the schedule.

JC treated sex like business, and it was usually the same thing every night. Lance didn�t mind though, it gave him something to look forward to. The thing Lance liked about his relationship with JC was that he could always depend on JC, whether he needed help with details of his business or with pleasure.

But business was just a hobby.
