Revers Cascade

The reverse cascade (rc) is not much different the cascade, but the rc will take some getting use to. To do the rc you throw the ball over the incoming ball instead of under it. Practice with one hand, then the other, and then both hands.

Half Shower

If you can do the reverse cascade the half shower will be a sinch. Here is how to do it: to do the half shower you do continuous reverse cascade throws on one side and on the other you do regular throws.

Tennis

Tennis is just throwing one ball back and forth over the top while the other two keep the form of the cascade. To make this trick easiar, get two balls that are one color and the other one a different color (like two red balls and a green one). Then it is easier to make sure the same ball is going over the top.

Shower

This trick is a good one to learn because so many other tricks use parts of the shower. The best way to start is by using two balls. Hold the two balls in one hand toss them in quick succession to the other hand. Practice this until your throws are accurate and consistent then add the following, As your opposite hand catches the balls, feed them back to the original hand (a feed is not a throw, it is a hand off).

The Box

The box is a square juggling pattern. In the box one ball goes straigt up and down on one side, another ball goes straight up and down on the other side, and the third ball is tossed from hand to hand. Here is how to do the box. First, start with two balls in one hand and one ball in the other hand. The hand with two balls throws one straight up and then imediatly throws the second ball to the other hand (this throw should be as low as you can throw it, almost lateral). Then the other hand tosses its ball straight up just before catching the low throw from the other hand. And the hand that started the patern catches the first ball thrown. Now revers what you just do and you have the box. Continue as long as you want.

The Ape

This isn't realy juggling. This is a trick that younger kids like. You hold two balls in the right hand and one in the left. With the right hand reach over and places a ball in the left arm-pit. Then the left hand places one in the right arm-pit. Then the right hand reaches over to place its ball in the left arm-pit and just before it gets there you let the ball that was already in you left arm-pit drop straight down into your left hand. Then the left hand takes that ball and places it in the right arm-pit droping the ball in the right arm-pit straight down into your right hand. Repeat until you get tired of it. Also as you are doing this make ape noises to complete the effect.

Under the Arm

This trick is fairly simple. Start by juggling the cascade then chose a ball and instead of doing a normal throw, carry it under the opposite arm and toss the ball straight up then your hand goes back to the normal position and catch the incoming ball, while your other hand throws a normal throw and catches the ball that was thrown straight up the side and now your back to the cascade.

2-In-1

This is juggling two balls in one hand. there are no real instructions for this. you will just have to practice tossing two balls until you get it. But there are three different methods to juggle two in one hand. They are Rolling-in, Rolling-out, and Columns.
