It is a powerful 3000mcd BLUE LED light. It also has flourescent orange paint on it, with reflective tape, and comes with 6 foot of 120lb test nylon string. Hooks, swivels, and sinkers not included. Measurements are approx. 1.25" x 2', batteries not included.
