| Judy has just learned (May 3, 2001) that the Florida Supreme Court has agreed to hear the case of Kevin Kinder, sexual predator, who molested and strangled Judy's son, as well as molesting four other young boys. Judy has headed to Tallahassee, Florida, to be what she has promised- "A thorn in his side." This pedophile is attempting to be released back on to the streets of Florida. (One of the psychiatrist's stated that Kinder was "The most violent and dangerous sexual predator" that he had ever evaluated.) There is, however, a legal loophole in his case which may allow him to walk free and to target our children again. We, at "Judy's Fight For Justice" believe he will not only continue his predatory past if released, but will be even more dangerous in his fight to remain free. Next time around, he is more than likely NOT going to leave any witnesses. |
