| Hi, My Name is Courtney Painter. I am 9 (almost 10) and I am from Weyers Cave, Virginia. I have been competing since I was 6 months old and have been competing at the National Level since I was 3. Miss Judy has been making my clothes since I was 3. I LOVE getting Miss Judy to make my clothes! She always makes me feel like I'm dressed like a princess. She puts such special touches in her clothes! With our most recent dress, we have won several Best Dress titles along with some Overall Best Dress wins!!
