Hi All,

I'm sending this out to publicly thank Hashem, Rebonon Shel Olam, the Holy One Above, for the miracles and kindness' He has shown my family and me this week. Monday, my son Yehuda Yitzchak was hit by a car. It is strange because he is my cautious one. The child who crosses at the corner even though no cars are coming.

The big miracle was that he had no broken bones, only a mild concussion and a brused knee. This despite the fact that the imprint of the car's tire was clearly seen on Yehuda Yitzchak's white shirt going across his back and up his arm. You can even clearly see the brand name of the tire.

There were many kindesses done for my family.

1) A nurse was driving down the street. She got out of her car and started helping Yehuda Yitzchak. We think she was the one to call Hatzalah. She also asked Yehuda Yitzchak who she should call and she called me at work. I forgot to ask her name. She is a frum woman and she was with her mother. If anyone knows who she is, I would love to get in touch with her and thank her.

2) The Hatzalah EMT on the scene was someone I know for over 20 years. Aaron Rosenthal is a man I completely trust. My sister-in-law said to me that it wasn't the EMT, but he was in Hashem's hands. Yes, that is true, but once I saw Aaron, I relaxed. Trusting the shleach is a very important thing.

3) We went to Lutheran Hospital. It is a trauma center. I have never been so impressed with a hospital. The doctors and nurses worked together like a choreographed dance. They inspired trust. Also they were very caring. They nurses on the floor acted like they had no other patient to care for. One nurse stuck her head in the room on her way in. She even still had her coat on.

4) Although there were very few male nursing students in the pediatric ward, the one time Yehuda Yitzchak need help that might have been embarrassing if he was helped by a female, this guy was there. I over heard 2 nurses saying how odd it was to have him there.

Well, these are the big things I can think of. So many friends and family were so special. I was very touched by all the friends that have offered to help. I had more offers that needs, thank G-d.

I also want to thank Bikur Cholim Yad Yakov for having a room set up for all who need in Lutheran Hospital. There was always coffee, milk, pastries, sandwiches and frozen dinners available to all. There were also books and sedurim available as well.

Yehuda Yitzchak came home Friday afternoon but is still a little dizzy. If you could keep him in mind in your prayer for about a week or so, I'd appreciate it. His full name is Yehuda Yitzchak Isaac ben Silka Fradle.

Thanx everyone, Silky Have a day of blessing.
