Nov. 20 - I would like to thank all those who said Tehilim for my nephew Yair Shalom ben Shaine Esther and ask that you continue for a few more days. Yair, a 31 year old father of six, had a ten hour surgery in Yerushalayim to remove a 4.5 cm. tumor that was embedded in his brain stem like moss. The doctors who worked carefully to remove it called this surgery a "nes Min Hashamayim" and we, the family, know that it was due to your tefilot and we thank you. Prior to going into surgery Yair said that he felt like he had an army behind him, and he did.

Yair is still in ICU but the Doctors are calling the surgery a success and we are hopeful that he will have a full recovery. May we all be zocheh to see a Refuah Shlaymah
