PENNY POOCH AND MANDY MAKE MUDPIES
Hi kids, I'm Penny Pooch and I want to tell you the story of how my little people and I made mud pies.
My little people�s a girl and her name is Amanda Marie, but we just call her Mandy.
Mandy and I have just started to play together, because she had to take time to grow. People grow slow, not like us dogs.
And since I live in a fenced yard, Mandy and I can run and play everywhere my yard goes.
Mandy really likes my big doghouse; because I'm a big dog my doghouse is big too. Mandy and I play for hours in my house.
One day as we played in my house, Mandy thought it would be fun to put dirt in my water bowl.
Well, I didn't know if that would be fun or not! What would I do with dirty water?
But Mandy just kept putting dirt in my water bowl; it took a lot, because a big dog needs a big water bowl!
Soon we had a bowl of mud. Mandy took some mud and patted out a big pie, and giggled. I wagged my tail to let her know that I liked her pie and she giggled again.
After making a million pies, Mandy and I looked like a mud girl and a mud dog!
When Mandy's mommy came out to get her, was she ever so surprised!!!
And MAD!!! Boy did we ever get scolded! Mandy was rushed in to the bathtub, and after that she went to take her nap.
Then it was my turn! WOW!!!!! Did I ever get told how bad we had been! And I had to take a bath too!
No more mud pies for me! I will just use my water bowl for drinking water from now on!
