We are accepting applications for an RN position in the IntegraCare Decautur office.
Applications for this position may be obtained at the Decatur office, or Resumes may be faxed to my attention at the number below.
The RN would perform in the Case Manager position and be working with our seasoned LVN’s and Aides, Chaplain and Social Worker.
Responsibilities include having a patient load, attending meetings, reporting on patients for IDT, taking OnCall in rotation. Assisting CSM in admitting patients, starting Continuous Care, and acting in her absence.
Benefits available include, Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, Long and Short Term disability, and Aflac, mileage reimbursement, OnCall pay and Call Out pay.

Monday thru Friday 5PM to 8AM & Saturday/Sunday 24 hrs/day
