Personalities are so complex - so complex, I think that it is almost impossible to sit down and figure out how your mind works. This analysis keys you into things you knew existed but weren't quite sure how to acknowledge. Recognizing your thought-processes and personality allows you to, not necessarily alter, but see yourself correctly. For instance, present moment experiences affect me deeply, but afterward, I hardly remember them. I can go on trips and not miss anybody. I can visit the most exotic places, but when I return home, I forget it and enjoy who I'm with. Subconsciousely, this made me feel a little guilty.
