Bring the following number of copies to the Tournament. In all cases, bring PHOTOCOPIES, not originals, since this paperwork is needed at every level of competition. You will also notice that the TravelGuide for Teams (tournament prep guide) can be downloaded from this page: www.idodi.org
Declaration of Independence - 2 copies
Expense Report - 1 copy (bring expense receipts, too, in case there are questions)
Tournament Data Form - 5 copies
Team Clarifications - Present a COPY to the Prep Area Appraiser if your team has received answers to Clarification questions.
Also, make sure you bring with you a completed Medical Form for each student on your team. This form will not be collected, but will be retained by the Team Manager in case of a medical emergency. You can download a generic form from: http://www.cre8iowa.org/Mantr.html
