Tuition fees; are $395 with $200 minimum paid at the time of registration. The remaining $195 is due prior to the clinical portion of the training. A $25 discount is given if full payment is received 10 days prior to the class start date. Major credit card payment is also acceptable.
Other costs include uniforms or scrub outfits for the clinical portion of the class, watch with a second hand, and appropriate shoes for the nursing home.
Testing fees are presently $176.50. Tuition and testing fees are reimbursable from the State of Michigan if the student obtains employment as a nurse aide in a NURSING HOME within twelve months of completing the training program. The reimbursement comes to you in your payroll check from your nursing home employer distributed over a span of several months.
