A Message To Mom Mom, there are so many things I want to say, I want to thank you for all the things you've done for me, For making me who I am today, You've given of yourself to help me succeed, You've stood by me when I'd stumble and fall, I've made mistakes along the way, But you've loved me through it all, For all you've done, thank you is so little to say, You gave me love and guidance, you gave me your best, You taught me the things that I needed to know, And then let me go to do the rest, The times you were disappointed you didn't let show, I know we haven't always seen eye to eye, And I know I have hurt you along the way, I'm sorry for the pain and the tears I made you cry, I can't erase them or make them go away, But from these mistake I have learned and I have grown, We have shared tears and laughter, sadness and pain, We've loved and lost, we've faced the unknown, We've struggled to go on through the loss of Daddy and Shane, We've been through so much and come so far, Without you, I wouldn't be where I am today, So Mom I want to say thank you for being who you are, My Mom, my mentor, my friend...
