I�ll decorate the Christmas tree and put on all the lights
Ill play Christmas music and maybe sing along too
I�ll make sure the stockings are hung just right
But it won�t be Christmas because I don�t have you.
I�ll shop and buy gifts for all
I�ll wrap them neatly and put them under the tree
I�ll talk and visit with friends when they call
But without you it just won�t be Christmas for me.
I�ll bake and fill the house with Christmas smells
I�ll send out Christmas cards to those I know
I�ll hang the mistletoe and the Christmas bells
But without you there is no Christmas glow.
I�ll remember all the Christmas� I had with you
I�ll thank God for each and every one
I�ll try to be happy because I know you want me too
