My first experience leading and teaching children was at Hickory Hill Girl Scout Camp in Whitinsville, MA.  Over my eighteen summers working there, my roles ranged from being a unit leader to  co-directing the camp.  My students will know my love and support for scouting when dozens of boxes of Girl Scout cookies arrive in my classroom in March!

Before coming to WCS, I taught math for one year at Franklin Junior High School.  My heart yearned to teach more than just math (even though it was my favorite subject!), and God opened the doors for me to become a member of the teaching staff at WCS beginning in September of 1980.  I have been blessed with this job for the past twenty-nine years.

TEACHING BACKGROUND
Working with middle school students is exhilarating and exhausting!  To keep my energy and enthusiasm, I will need your support and prayers.  Working together - home/school/church - the students will have a very good year!
