Hot Shops Flameworkers. The group meets the first and third Wednesday nights each month at 7-9pm at The Hot Shops Art Center, 1301 Nicholas Street (near 13th and Izards Streets), Omaha, Nebraska. Members discuss, demonstrate and share glass bead making techniques, jewelry making or beads of any kind.
They participate in both Omaha Spring Bead Bazaar and the Nebraska Bead Society annual bazaar, held in Lincoln in the fall, where they have their lampwork beads as well as jewelry, bead pendants and precious metal clay works for sale.
