CLEANING CHECKLIST
Bedrooms:
1. Baseboards washed or
dusted for debris.
2. All furniture polished.
3. All glass, frames and
mirrors polished.
4. Bed linens changed and bed
made *(Laundered for extra fee)*.
5. Floors cleaned
accordingly.
6. Lamp shades dusted.
7. Draperies vacuumed, if
blinds are present dusted and wiped down.
8. Any ceiling fans present,
blades dusted.
Bathroom
1. All
sinks, showers, and bathtubs, cleaned, sanitized and polished including
fixtures.
2.
Toilet scrubbed and sanitized including base.
3.
All glass and mirrors polished
4.
Floors cleaned accordingly.
5.
Baseboards cleaned and dusted.
6.
Any windows that are present, window sill are cleaned.
Kitchens
1.
Cabinets cleaned and polished.
2. Countertops cleaned and sanitized.
3. All appliances polished.
4. Microwaves washed and polished.
5. Stove tops scrubbed including drip pans
*(Ovens are extra)*
6. Refrigerators cleaned on outer surface
*(Inside of refrigerator is extra)*
7. All window sills wiped
clean.
8. All glass and mirror
surfaces polished.
9. Floors cleaned
accordingly.
10. Any dishes present
cleaned.
11. Sinks cleaned and
polished including fixtures.
12. All furniture polished.
13. Baseboards cleaned.
Living Area
1. Floors cleaned accordingly.
2. All furniture polished.
3. All glass and mirror
polished, this includes picture frames.
4. Base boards dusted and
cleaned.
5. Draperies vacuumed for
dust.
6. Any fans present, blades
are dusted.
7. Window sills dusted.
8. All trash and debris
disposed of.
Dining Area
1. All furniture polished.
2. All glass and mirror
polished.
3. Floors cleaned
accordingly.
4. Table linens changed if
needed.
5. Any windows present
drapery dusted and window sills dusted.

Make
ready properties will include all services listed including, ovens, and refrigerators
at no additional cost.
**Carpet
steam cleaning will be available for make ready properties only for additional
