| Im making wings for a South Florida Anime convention that is coming in December and I'll be going there for three days. :D The first day I'm going as a drunk Sephiroth clone, the second day as one of the Crazy 88 gang member and last day I'm just going to wear these wings with black pants and black shirt with the Decepticon/Cobra symbol on it. My sister is figuring out what she'll wear to the convention for the third day but no clue. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Supplies 1.)Card board a large one or two smaller ones depends how big one wants the wings to be. 2.) Paint (acrylic recommended for durability) 3.) scissors (to cut out the wing and punch out holes) 4.) string (this is what going to help put on the wings. Recommended yarn due to confort) |

| Second paint it over with white. I do this so that when I place the actural color I want so the board won't suck up the paint. Also it makes it harder and more durable. At conventions wings tend to break out easily but with extra layer of paint it'll make it last longer. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| First measure then cut out the card board into a shape of a wing.Make sure to punch holes on the end of the wings so that the strings go in easier. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Depeding which seeker your going as the color pattern can be different. I'm going as Skywarp due to lack of clothing of a different color. Anyways I choose to place the white stripe last since it's easier to paint when all other color is dried. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Finally added the white stripe and con signia. Just need to add the yarn to make it wearable. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Here are pics of the main seekers to show the color pattern to at least give you some idea. Thundercracker is one of the best pics I could find when it comes to wing color details. Hmm I have a Emperor Starscream figure that has the Decepticon symbol up right rather than upside down like in the cartoon show. OO~ I guess the ones who did the figure were wrong about that one. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
