This is a project that is both contriversal and time comsuming. Those of you interrest in doing this, must be sure that you're willing to dedicate yourself into basically transforming your body. This isn't like the other costumes I have done in the past. This costume will take about five to six year in the making due to the fact that I want to do a full body costume with this one and to get my body to bend it's bones to have that wasp figure that Gen Gravy has. There are contriversies about tight lacing. There are sites that have information on this so do your research before going ahead with this project. I have done my search and study and found out if your going to tight lace do it nice and slow. Let the body get use to wearing a corset than a few weeks later tighten it alittle. Don't tight it too much because this can damage the corset and yourself. We want a perfect hour glass figure not a monstrousity. Patience is a virtue. In this day and age everyone wants everything now now now. To have the perfect hour glass figure takes time. The longger it takes the better is for you and your corset.
Here is a how to lace a corset right
1.) Corset (This is your friend forever..Your going to wear it for a long time to make the wasp look possible)
2.) Unitard (how else to put this costume together or even on)
3) acrylic paint or latex paint
4)sissors
5) Aluminum foil( to mold the arcylic into shape, coulduse clay if you got the money)
1.) Wear corset tight but not to tight. Don't want to hurt yourself while your body is changing slowly right before your eyes. It'll take at least four to five years for your body to be at 15 inches around the waist. Six or seven at the max. For some people it might take longger. Remember the longger it takes to make the body transform the better. If this is rushed there might be consequences. I'm not responsible for stupid lazy people who don't have the patience to let their bodies to slowly shape into this figure.
Wear your corset with a shirt under it. without something underneath while tight lacing is in process you'll notice your body will start to itch. Wear a white cotton t-shirt to protect the skin. The great thing about corsets thy force you to eat less. It's like having that stomach surgery but without all the risk and cost of one (this is of course if its done right).
Since I have to lose fat so I'm wearing a Thermal waist trimmer belt over the white shirt and under my corset. This way while the corset does its magic of pushing my bones inward the belt sucks up all the fat. This helps to give an illusion that the process is speeding up but its not.
For you lonely people the feeling of the corset is like someone really hugging you tight, its a great sensation.
