Bludgeon Helmet
To do the first part of helmet such as the area in which your head will be placed in go to this site on How to make a cardboard helmet of Boba Fett. It helps a lot. Just copy and paste the link to a seperate window. If the link doesn't work search for "How to make a cardboard costume helmet at Google and it should give you the web site. I tried linking that site to this one but it doesn't work. Sorry about that the net can be a pain in the rear with all of its hidden rules.

Right now the helmet is uneven due to duck tape, but with a sand paper one can smooth it out easliy. :) The thick acrylic paint in which I'll be using will also help to rid the lumps made from the tape.
