�What do you mean �It wasn�t normal�?� Isabel asked.
�All he said was that it wasn�t normal. He didn�t say anything else after that. I�m scared Isabel,� Liz confessed.
�Don�t worry, Max and I won�t let anything happen to you,� Isabel said before leaving Liz�s room to find Maria. When Isabel walked past Alex, she gave him a 100-watt smile, which he returned. She made her way to the elevator thinking about what Liz had just told her.
When she reached the lobby, she found Maria and Michael still there, but they�re positions had changed since she left them earlier�Michael had his hand up Maria�s shirt and Maria had her hand in Michael�s hair, holding him in place. Isabel knew what was going on and she hated to interrupt, but some things just have to be done.
�Maria?� Isabel called. They didn�t move. �Maria?!� she called louder.
�Isabel!� Maria said, pushing Michael away.
�Maria you need to come with me,� Isabel told them, much to Michael�s disappointment. She sighed and told them that they could get back to what they were doing after Isabel got what she needed. Michael insisted on coming with them, �Where she goes, I go,� he had said. And it was a good thing that he did come with them, too.
�You aren�t getting that thing near me!� Maria yelled, struggling against Michael�s strong hands that held her in place.
�Maria calm down!� Isabel sternly told her. She glanced down the hall, hoping no one had heard Maria.
�Let me take care of this Izzy,� Michael said before placing his lips on Maria�s.
Maria instantly relaxed. Maria didn�t even feel Isabel put the needle in her arm. She was in heaven! She loved the feel of his lips on hers! But she knew it wouldn�t last long. She knew that Michael would start his �stone wall� crap again. But she didn�t care, all she knew was that she wanted this to last.
Michael regretfully opened his eyes only to see Isabel putting the label on the blood sample. Isabel shot him an irritated look and he knew he would have to end his kiss with Maria. He sadly pulled his lips off of Maria�s and he saw the sadness in her eyes. But he vowed that he would finish it later.
�Michael, you�ve got to get this to the lab before they start doing tests on Liz�s real blood,� Isabel instructed. She thrust the vial into his hand and he walked away. �Maria, you come with me.�
Maria followed Isabel all the way to Liz�s room.
�Isabel what�s going on here?� Maria asked her.
�You know what�s going on here,� Isabel said as a mischievous smile played on her lips.
�Ah, no, we don�t,� Liz said for herself and Maria.
�Since you can�t go home, this will have to do. Maria, I saw what you and Michael were doing in the lobby,� Isabel started as Maria started to blush, �and I KNOW that you and Max can�t bare to be separated for more than a day, so I�d say that you two made up for some lost time.� This time, Liz blushed and Maria became shocked.
�Wait a minute Isabel! What about you and Alex?� Maria accused.
�What are you talking about Maria?� Isabel said innocently.
�You and Alex?� Liz filled in.
�So I take it that you have caught on as to why I brought all of us up here?� Isabel said with a smile forming on her face.
Maria and Liz looked at each other and exclaimed, �GIRLS NIGHT!�
�If we only had some ice cream. . .� Maria began.
�I can take care of that,� Liz said as she buzzed for the nurse. A few moments later, the nurse appeared.
�Yes Ms. Parker?� the nurse asked.
�We need some ice cream,� Liz informed her.
�Okay, what kind?�
�Vanilla, strawberry, and cookies-n-cream.�
�Why so many flavors?�
�Girls night.�
�Oh, gotcha. I understand,� the nurse said, smiling as she left to get the ice cream.
�Okay, who wants to go first?� Liz asked excitedly.
�Wait a minute Liz! We have to wait for the ice cream,� Isabel told her. �Well, speak of the devil,� she said as the nurse walked in.
�Ah, nurse would you mind. . .� Liz began.
�Hey, you don�t have to say anything. I�ll make sure that no one gets in here,� the nurse said understandingly.
Once the nurse was gone, Maria and Liz immediately looked at Isabel.
�Okay, I guess I�ll go first,� Isabel said. �It was amazing! I�ve kissed a bunch of guys, but none of them even compared as to how Alex kissed me! It was like the angels sang, the trumpets blared, and the sun shined!* I�m not exactly sure what made Alex any different. . .�
�It was probably the fact that Alex knows your secret,� Liz said. �I dated Kyle, so I know what goes on in guys heads. Most of the guys you dated probably only dated you because they wanted to jump your bones.�
�You�re probably right. Okay, enough about me and Alex. Maria?� Isabel said, announcing the next victim.
�To put it simply, if we hadn�t have been in a public place and if Isabel hadn�t interrupted us, things would have gone a lot farther!� Maria explained, a huge smile on her face. �Liz?�
�Well, for the first time, I didn�t have any flashes when Max kissed me today. But, I think Isabel pretty much spoke for both of us�it was amazing!� Liz confessed.
�Onto other things, I wonder how Michael�s doing?� Maria said, scooping up some ice cream. Isabel and Liz just shrugged.

Why do they have to put the lab on the far side of the hospital? Michael angrily though. When he finally found the lab, he looked through the small window to make sure no one was in the lab. Nobody was in there, so he went through the door and went straight to the blood samples. He saw so much blood that she started to feel faint. He began to look through the vials of blood despite his uneasiness. He had gone through ten vials before he found Liz�s. He quickly put Liz�s blood in his pocket and put Maria�s in its place. He stepped back out the door and headed straight for Liz�s room.

�Max you know that I would NEVER do anything Isabel didn�t want me too,� Alex explained.
�I know Alex. I�m just making sure,� Max said.
�So did you and Liz make up for lost time today?�
�Oh yeah! No flashes though. What about you and Izzy today in the hallway?�
�What about Isabel?� Michael asked, coming up behind the two guys. �Never mind, c�mon. We have to get to the girls.�

�Gentlemen, you have to leave, the ladies don�t want to be interrupted,� the nurse explained.
�It�s okay nurse, they can stay,� Liz said with a smile.
�Okay,� the nurse reluctantly said, leaving the six alone in the room. The guys quickly went to their girlfriends, giving each of them light kisses.
�Well?� Isabel asked, looking at Michael.
�Mission accomplished,� Michael said with a smile. �I always wanted to say that,� he explained when Maria gave him a strange look.
�Where is it?� Maria asked. Michael reached into his pocket and pulled out a small tube of blood. Maria cringed at the sight, but she calmed down when Michael gave the vial to Isabel.
�Everything�s going to be fine,� Max said, trying to calm everyone down a little bit. No sooner had Max said that than Sheriff Valenti walked through the door. Immediately, the guys moved in front of the girls.
�Mister Guerin, I need you to come with me,� the sheriff told him as a small smiled played on the sheriff�s lips.
