Ice Cream Witch Hats

Large dark round cookie.
Small amount of chocolate frosting.
One cone shaped ice cream.

Frost the top of the cookie.
Invert ice cream in center.
Eat witch's hat!

These make great individual serving's
at a child's party.

Cereal Witch Hats

1 oz unsweetened baking chocolate squares - melted 1 cup miniature marshmallows - melted 3 tablespoons corn syrup 3 cups puffed rice cereal 12 ozs semisweet chocolate chips - melted

Preheat oven to 350.
Melt unsweetened chocolate and marshmallows.
Add corn syrup.
While chocolate is melting, place puffed cereal in a shallow pan.
Bake for 10 minutes and place in prepared bowl.
Pour chocolate mixture over puffed cereal.
Stir to coat cereal evenly and form into 8 cones, flattening large end to make brim.
Melt chocolate chips.
Dip cones into melted chocolate to coat.
Place on waxed paper to cool and harden.

Witchs' Brew

5 cups cranberry juice, unsweetened.
5 cups apple cider, unsweetened.
1 or 2 cinnamon sticks.
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg.

Place ingredients in a large saucepan.
Cover, heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve warm.

Witchs' Fingers

1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 box Shake-n-Bake
Pitted black olives, halved lengthwise
Shredded lettuce

Grease cookie sheet with oil, set aside.
Cut chicken breasts in crooked strips to form "fingers"
Shake in a bag of Shake-n-Bake mix.
Broil 5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
Trim the tips with the olive fingernails and serve on lettuce.
