Buttermilk Pancake Mix
Strawberries
HoneyLet child mix up pancake batter.
Pour out in small circles in a medium hot pan.
Should be the size of a 50 cent piece.
When top starts to bubble flip them over and do other side.
They only take a minute or two since they are so small.
Stack them up on a plate into a small tower.
Line strawberries around it and drizzel honey or syrup on cakes.
Tip: Slice strawberries and place between the pancakes.
For Christmas morning and the older child make a cute
morning party tray by putting a pancake and a strawberry
on individual toothpicks and a dipping sauce
of honey/syrup in a small bowl.
Top it off with sparkling grape juice.
