Morning Shakes

Adult must help!

Peaches
Milk
Ice Milk
Toast

If you have a child who does not like breakfast
but they need something before school try this!
Slice peaches (canned or fresh)
Blend in blender till smooth.
Add a cup of vanilla ice milk
And a half cup of milk.
Blend and add more milk or ice milk as needed.
Serve with toast and unsweetened peach jelly.
Tip: Change to any friut the child likes.
