Middle East Date & Banana Desert1 cup pitted dates, cut up
2 bananas, sliced thin
3 teaspoons shredded lemon peel
1/2 cup half and half
sliced almondsHave kids alternate layers of dates and bananas in a dish.
Sprinkly with lemon peel.
Pour half and half over top
Cover and refridgerate 4 hours.
Sprinkle with sliced almonds and eat.
