Mild Mexican Salsa

My kids started eating salsa when they were 3 years old.
This is the version they started with although now I have
to add 5 jalapenos to the mix instead of the milder green chiles.
We did this at school minus the green chiles by having it all
pre chopped and the kids mixed.

2 cups diced tomatoes
1 onion chopped
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 chopped bell pepper
1/2 can green chiles
1 tablespoon cilantro
salt and pepper to taste

Serve with chips.

Mexican Flatbread

1 cup flour
 teaspoon salt
 cup water

Mix all ingredients well with a fork.
Then turn out the dough onto a heavily floured surface and knead for a minute or two.
Separate the dough into two balls.
Roll out the balls to the desired thickness.
Either bake on a lightly oiled surface or fry in a pan with a little spray-type oil.
