Animal Crackers

Grind 1/2 cup oatmeal until fine.
Add:
2 teaspoons honey
1/4 + 1/8 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup flour

Cut in 1/4 cup butter
Add 4 tablespoons buttermilk
Roll very thin--cut with pet-shaped cookie cutters
Bake at 400 degrees until brown (10-12 minutes)
