The contextual menu should have a fixed size so it can be viewed properly. Copy and Paste should alternate. Commands that are not available on selected file/folder etc... appear greyed out. Eject and Format command only appear when removable media is selected. Help and Preferences pertain to the current applcation (ex. selecting Help in Prevew from the contextual menu would open the Preview help not Mac Help, preferences would open the Preview preferences and not the Systems Preferences; Systems Preferences and Mac Help open in the Finder).
Control/right clicking on the bottom currently causes a distorted menu to appear
