Pyrite-Surface Bonding
[pp. 93]
"Processes of carbon dioxide fixation lead primarily to carboxylate
groups. This means that the organic products of a hypothetical pyrite-pulled
carbon dioxide fixation become bonded onto the pyrite surface in the process
of being formed on that surface (in statu nascendi)."
