We checked into the hospital Wednesday morning. The pitocin and the IV were the some of the first things to start. As the day continued, a little shot of morphine was a nice break, but little did we know that this morphine was the psuedo-relaxer.
Within a hour, Derek was born at 1:30pm. He weighed 7lbs. 9oz and was 20.5 inches long.
We, the Stroup family, feel ever so grateful to the One and Almighty for our family. Each addition is truly a miracle.
