Background
(JT), while always wanting to own his own business, conceived the idea of founding JT Talent and Management in the Spring of 2002. In January of that year, he began working at a talent management company in Manhattan after relocating from Brooklyn. While working at this business, JT became disconcerted with the questionable ethics he was witnessing in the entertainment industry. He considered finding employment in another field, but did not feel satisfied with that choice. Driven by the desire to help and not take advantage of aspiring actors, JT decided to start his own business so that he could work to establish a credible business that existed for the benefit of its clients.

JT Talent and Mangement, Inc. was founded in September 2002 and registered as a C-Corporation in the State of New York in December 2002. The office is located at 20 W. 20th St., Suite 223, New York, NY 10011.
Mission
JT Talent and Management, Inc. strives to build the careers of actors, models, comedians, singers, dancers, and writers. The foremost ambition of the company is to build a business based on the respect of its clients, partners, and all individuals with whom it conducts business.
Objectives
In addition to promoting its clients and helping them attain their career goals, JT Talent and Management, Inc. aspires to assist in the production of independent films, secure financing for films, and ultimately, to establish itself as a casting agency.
Accomplishments
JT Talent and Management, Inc. began its operations with the registration of its first client, Courtenay Turner. As of May 31, the company registered over 600 clients, and casted two feature films and two television pilots. The company is now in the process of obtaining film financing for independent and Hollywood films, producing its own television show, and casting for multiple film, stage, and television projects.
