After the wishes the dragonballs will scatter and turn to stone for 130 days. 6. Puronga can only grant wishes within his power. 7. Puronga can not revive a person that died of a natural death. 8. Puronga can revive a person multiple times only if they didn't die naturally. 9. You can revive a group of people that did not die of a natural death. |

After Emperor Pilaf whishes for Goku to become a kid, the dragonballs were sent across the galaxy, and Goku and the Z Fighters were warned by a cigar smoking dragon that if they didn't find them within a year, the Earth would blow up. |
