The two foods he chooses is either a chocolate bar or a huge Cookie in the shape of that specific person. |

| This is performed by Majin Buu as well, Buu grabs a handful of his body, and he throws it at his enemy. When completely covered in this substance, the victim is absorbed into the body of Majin Buu and Buu inherits all the characteristics, clothing, power, and techniques, of that person and he undergoes a transformation or evolution into a more powerful stage. |

| This technique is used by Cell. It was for the purpose of absorbing Androids 17 & 18 become "Perfect". He also uses this technique to absorb millions of people to become stronger. The point at the end of Cell's tail opens into a wide tube, and like a vaccum, sucks up the person. He can also stab with this point, and suck them out from the inside. Using this technique, Cell can suck almost anyone in. Also, much similar to Buu, Cell inherits their power and other characteristics. Each time Cell gains enough power, he undergoes a transformation into a stronger form. |
