Finally, a Rules page. This is gonna cover a lot of footbag games...there's not just one.
Freestyle
1. Don't use your hands!
2. Don't say you're sorry - everyone makes mistakes.
3. Don't self-serve when you're playing in a group.
4. In the pro league, you do this to music, and have a routine.
Net
1. Body contact only below the knee.
2. 5-foot net and 20' by 44' court, with 4 quadrants.
3. Doubles get 3 alternating hits per side.
4. Singles get 2 hits per side.
5. Serves are cross-court.
6. To score a point, your team must just have served.
Golf
1. Play just like normal golf, except, use only your foot to kick your footbag.
2. The person with the fewest kicks to kick their footbag into the hole is the winner.
Consecutive
1. The object is to kick the footbag as many times as you can, before it hits the ground.
2. This is occassionally timed.
3. In pro leagues, you can only use your body below your knee.
Kick Back
1. Kick a firm footbag against the backstop of a handball court.
2. Points based on whoever drops it first.
Copy Cat
1. One person starts off, does one kick.
2. Second person does the same kick, and adds his/her own.
3. Footbag goes around to each person, and you're out if you mess up the consecutive order of tricks.
Round Robin
1. First player kicks footbag once.
2. Footbag is passed to second player, who kicks it twice.
3. Third player kicks it thrice, so on...
Survivor Hack
1. Every three drops, one person is voted out of the game.
2. Once two people are left, they have a hack-off, first person to drop it is the loser.
Stripes
1. Anyone who drops the footbag has it thrown at their chest.
2. Anyone who says "sorry" gets the footbag thrown at their chest.
3. Anyone who self-serves gets the footbag thrown at their chest.
4. What a friendly game.
Switch
1. Each player must only hit the footbag once.
2. If you hit it more than once, or drop it, you're out.
3. Anyone can choose to pass, without being thrown out.
4. Last person left wins.
4-Square
1. Normal 4-Square game, with a footbag.
2. Players stand in 4 squares, server tosses footbag to first square.
3. Footbag is hacked around until a person drops it, which then everyone moves up one square.
