Gianna Mayes Hoving was born at 1:17 am on February 2, 2004. Weighing in at 6.5 lbs. and just over 19 inches long. Our doctor had just flown back from Florida that evening. And while he was still somewhat laid back from the trip, he didn't have his gloves on to catch Gianna, so Daddy got to jump right in and catch his little girl.
