Truth
By: Sean J.L. Osborn

                                      Truth.

Truth... can be seen in all things.  I believe that truth is in everything, every fiction contains some truth, every truth contains some fiction.  In any lie truth can be found if you develop your mind to see this. There are many forms of intelligence... Intellectually educated is one, yet as impressive as it may be, it rivals not the power of Wisdom.  Wisdom comes to those who seek truth, and it is something that comes straight from the soul. Intellectual knowledge comes from the brain, and Wisdom comes from the heart.
((Soul, mind, and heart are the same. Not the physical heart which pumps blood, but the heart of the person(soul). When one says "From the heart" this means the soul. The mind and soul are the same. The mind controls the brain which inturn controls the body.))
Monks must seek wisdom because they are the guides of destiny.  Monks use wisdom to see the truth in situations and then can resolve them.  Monks are ones who seek enlightenment and then once there, aide others in attaining enlightenment and nirvana.  One monk, though master of martial arts and master of himself, should not think of himself as a master, because one never stops learning and truly enlightened people never stop trying to reach higher.  This is Wisdom. This is Truth.

A monk must see the truth through the clouds of hate, misconception, and blindness to peirce the source of a matter and master the situation. This is used in resolving conflicts, giving advice, and many many simple things. Knowing thyself, being true to thyself, and using thyself to aide others likewise.  This is the Monk.

One veil of falsehood I see is the hate that has clouded the minds and blinded the people of Nagnang.  Noone can make them see that they are blinded, because the clouds are so thick that sense and advice cannot find the path through. Somehow they will become aware on their own account, and see how they contributed to the sorrow. This is when they need forgiveness and counseling from a friendly soul. Perchance a kind-hearted traveller like I would come about and console them to regain peace.

One cannot help someone if they do not wish to be helped. One cannot wish to be helped without listening to a helping hand.   The truth under this blinding polution of hate and confusion, is in the hearts of many effected, there is truth and the will for peace.  The problem is how to bring this will out from underneath the clouds like the early sun at dawn peircing through and decimating the dark clouds of a rainy night. If will is present, there is always hope.

Where there is a will there is a way.

Will and Wisdom... Bring them forth and create peace.
