JOB TITLE: CASHIER Creates and maintains friendly customer relations through professional attitude and appearance at the checkout terminal. Ensures accurate and expedient processing of customer purchases through Lowe's P.O.S. (Point of Sale) terminals. Ensures security of Lowe's assets, i.e., money, checks, charge slips, and merchandise. JOB TITLE: LOWE'S PRO Responsible for knowledgeable service and sales to the Commercial Business Customer and to the retail customer. Participates when needed with vendor training of the employees within assigned department to increase their product knowledge thereby increasing sales. Responsible for monitoring adequate inventory levels (in-stock status) of all product assortments, identified as CBC type products. Gives product information to the Department Manager to maintain sufficient inventory levels on product assortments that support project selling. Is primary resource for "How-To" questions for products or projects within their department.

JOB TITLE: RECEIVING/STOCKING DEPT. MANAGER Ensures inventory integrity while assisting in supervising the activities of the receiving/stocking crew on a daily basis. Makes recommendations to improve and enhance Company Operational Policies and Procedures. Ensures the security of the receiving area at all times. Through proper scheduling of inbound freight, ensures quick delivery and accurate check-in of merchandise receipts. Reviews and resolves all receiving discrepancies as specified in Company Policy and Procedure. Supervises the efficient flow of product from the receiving area to the appropriate department, and ensures that product is stocked neatly and in a timely manner, keeping aisles clear for customers. JOB TITLE: DELIVERY DEPARTMENT MANAGER Responsible to fulfill customer delivery commitments through the efficient/cost-effective use of equipment and manpower assets. Safeguards equipment assets by implementing the corporate truck/forklift maintenance program. Supervises delivery drivers as well as the delivery process to ensure merchandise is delivered to customers in a timely manner, and that safe, accurate, professional, prompt service is rendered at all times.
