| Since I started when Freestyle first began I found it was really difficult to learn tricks due to not having anyone to ride with, videos, contests, or cool places to ride. Whatever I made up I thought I invented a new trick or variation but there are so many riders out there doing the same thing. It doesn't matter what you do but that you are riding and not being a poser! Now that there are more magazines, videos, places to ride, it is easier to learn new tricks if you are a Beginner to an Expert! With over 23 years of Freestyle experience I can teach you the foundation of Freestyle and then from there you can experience "Freestyle" to its fullest...it's infinite and that's what's so cool about Freestyle! Early 80's it was hopping and balance tricks and 1' airs. Mid 80's more hopping variations, power tricks, balancing, and 4' airs with variations. Late 80's rolling and scuffing tricks, links, huge airs, all variations, 540's, 900's, and Mat's backflip! Now everything has been tweaked that much more and new tricks are still being invented or pulled today. Everything takes time to learn, look at Mat Hoffman's No-handed 900...it took him 13 years to pull that! You need to apply yourself and practice makes perfect! Don't get discouraged and that's where I come in. I can coach you on all aspects of Freestyle. That is my specialty plus I have tons of trick, technical bike tuning, contest tips, and tons of videos that may help you out.
