RELOADING DATA - DUNCAN

So you love reloading or want to start reloading? This is a nice place for recipes and equipment advice.

I've tried Dillon, Lyman, RCBS, and Lee. For a single stage press, the Lyman T-Mag or Spar-T are fine turret presses that can get you 100 plus rounds an hour with exceptional control.

However, if you shoot like I do - 500 rounds a session - training or competition - you'll need faster production to feed the 1911 or 9mm Glock. So my favorite progressive press is the Dillon 550. With focus and fully loaded primer tubes, I'm getting 500-600 rounds an hour out of it.

And with a nice brass tumbler like the below Berry's 400, you can really make your brass shiny and more feedable. The Midway 1292 is a good second option. There are larger tumblers out there. But why? Just run that Berry's 400 into the ground for $50 with free shipping!

Here is my custom-made reloading bench (3' x 9'). Two Dillon 550 progressive presses (one for small pistol/rifle and one for large pistol calibers) and a Lyman Spar-T single stage press for utility jobs:
