~*~ Adrienne Leon's Biography ~*~
In June 2004, Adrianne Leon took on the role of a rebellious teenager and gifted musician as Brooke Lynn Ashton on General Hospital. Brooke Lynn is the daughter of Ned and Lois Cerullo and a talented singer and songwriter who constantly rebels against her mother's pressure to become a superstar. In May 2005, Adrianne received her first Emmy nomination in the category of Best Younger Actress. Adrianne got the role of the Young and the Restless' Colleen Carlton, previously played by Lyndsy Fonseca, in 2006.
Adrianne Leon has been entertaining from a very young age. In fact, at just six years old she began singing at weddings. At age ten she started performing in musical theater. Her theater credits include Anne of Green Gables, A Little Princess, Jungle Book and the Wizard of Oz. She has also appeared in commercials for Vons (Los Angeles-based supermarket chain), Glamma Jammas and in the film Pheromones.
In Adrianne's spare time you can find her writing and recording music, jamming with Caught Crimson (her band), playing guitar, boating, snowboarding, hanging out with Leslie Kay (Lois on GH), and decorating her apartment, as well as her dressing room. In addition she loves designing makeup, hosting dinner parties, late night Starbucks runs with her friends, dancing, watching the WNBA and the following sports, particularly boxing, fencing, archery and shooting.
Along with acting and singing, she intends to continue her college education and pursue her interest in entertainment or family law, business marketing and/or journalism.
