The 14th Annual Japanese Language Speech Contest

The 14th Annual Japanese Language Speech Contest, presented by The Japan-America Societies of Texas in cooperation with The Consulate-General of Japan and The Japan Foundation, took place at Rice University in Houston on November 23rd. Over 100 participants competed in four divisions from all over Texas. The event was followed by a dinner reception at the Official Residence of Consul General and Mrs. Amano.
