Texas Japanese Standard's future

Mrs. Odom needs to know member's opinion of necessity of the ongoing project.
However no one had a clear opinion on the topic and nothing has decided.

Regional director

In order to vitalize the groups' activity and enhance better relationship among members, we decided to have a regional director for each region to coordinate the job. Mrs. Sanada for Dallas, Mrs. O'Donnell for San Antonio, Mrs. Brown for Austin, and Houston, El Paso are undecided.

Nengajoo contest

Mrs. Odom feels grade school students compete with high school students are unfair and she suggested that 5, 6, 7, 8, 9th graders to be one division, and 10, 11, 12 are to be another division and we all agreed on that matter for the upcoming contest.

We also agreed on giving only recognition without prizes for the upcoming contest.

Entry fee and due date remain the same.

In order to select a better date for both teachers and the consulate office, Mrs. Sanada surveyed the convenient week in June and July among attended teachers. Mrs. Brotherton will contact to the office and settle for the date later day.
