[Exploding Tickets]

It's the "clack, clack" coming up the stairs & you know who it is & you know you're not going to open the door. The phone's ringing, the TV is on. The neighbors are fighting again. Space out, my friend. It's cold out there.
It's itchy & flaky & there you sit, hypnotizing chickens again. Your mind wanders & flows & the melody the waves create is yours & yours alone. The sweet symphony is the clang & the shutter of a thousand naked souls come callin' once more. It's an electric kettle boiling up & over & you're there to catch it. The blood burns your tongue, but the pain is a good Pain... a pain you'll gladly heal.
Step into the Chamber. Be sure to write your name on the Wall Of Death on your way in. Keep your eyes & ears open... we'll need your notes on all this later. Be aware of what's happening around you & to you. Breath in the Stench. Your brother's not coming home tonight, so there's no use in calling to him. He's being used tonight. So are you.
Mark a number, sit & wait. It will all be counted in the end, but for now sit & wait & chat up what is going to be a fantastic Ride. Your skill set will evolve & devolve in random sequences & inside it all is a coat with many colors. Enter your plea & wait to be laughed upon. Open the window.
The Rush is inevitable... but stemming the tide is the part that is unforgettable. A dime a dozen on frozen corpse of dreams & the headlights fading in the distance tell a much Stranger & Longer story. The apple will not core itself nor the worm eating said apple. We few, too brave at first glance, dance to music that drowns out the morning. Insulating at dusk... it's a party inside. The time is nigh.
As an old man you'll look back on all this & laugh. An old man who, as a child, lay in bed with a stiff cock, dreaming of unimaginable sexual effects. Now he lies in bed & falls asleep before he can get an erection. The humiliation is all part of the Pleasure now. The five loaves & fishes aren't going to do much good at this point. Coast along, hop up & down. Be patient. The Ride has only just begun.
Back in the alley are commitments made. Fall down in funny trains & laugh out loud at the funny jokes & sidebar factoids that clutter these American streets. Off the beaten path, the Fun fades away in streaks that marble the sky in more true & less convincing colors. Eat. Eat! And come inside when the weather hits. It's gonna be dark tonight...
