Updated April 8th
So I'm looking at my ex-roommates metal band's webpage and it occurs to me I have not updated our news at all. So anyway, our hiatus has come to an end about one week after we expected. We took a break so Robert could make movies, I could get ready for my summer, and Jason could work on cars. Now...IT'S OVER!!! Sorry for the obscure homestar runner reference. Anyway, we are practicing this sunday and we FINALLY worked out a show with Swayze's. It will be on May 10th. I don't remember how to get there and there is already a link for that stuff on their website which is linked in our links section. Link link link. I think We're also gonna push to finish our Dr. Mike demo. Dr. Mike being the producer. Anyway. -Speedy

I have to be real brief, but this is cool. We got an article written about us in The Emory Wheel. It's super cool and we are very grateful to Jennifer Sutcliffe for writing it. So go check it out. Oh yeah. We are also taking March off so Robert can make movies......wait. I just read the post below and I seem to have already covered that territory. Classic. See you guys later. -Speedy

Hey. Thanks to EVERYONE who came to rock with us in The Cajun Kitchen at The Sombre Reptile. We'll probably be back there sometime soon. Thanks to Bradley, Naked Burrito, Wicked Winter for rocking too. A couple people have already asked me when our next show will be. Unfortunately we are taking March off so Robert the amazing drummer can become Robert boy genius film maker. He'll be shooting his next short film or helping people shoot their next short film for every weekend in March which rules out shows, and practices. However, I think we are going to try and finish up our demo on Sunday so we can have that for March. In the time off I guess I'm gonna just hang out and Jason is gonna fix cars or something. Look for shows in April. We're gonna try to play in Athens, Decatur, and maybe Rome. All of those the Georgia places. Not Italy or Greece. So until that time.....eh.....whatever.-Speedy

Updated February 3rd
Well, It's about 12:30 so I suppose to me it's still the second, but I am going on what it TECHNICALLY is timewise. All I have to say is 4 down and 1 to go. Well, we're probably a little bit away from finishing, but Jason and I finished the guitar, bass, and vocal work for "Growing Close" and "Last Tuesday" today. It feels nice to get things done regardless of whether or not you like doing them. I don't like recording stuff that much. Robert still has to do drums for those tracks, but he knows those pretty well, so things should be OK. Next week is more practice til ya puke week because I have to relearn the bassline for "Julianne". We changed the key so it fit my voice better and it was very very worthwhile. We are also preparing for a show at The Somber Reptile. When will it be? Who will it be with? This I can not say for sure. We're hoping to set up with And Sometimes Y, Pop Critics, and Bradley Bailey. It should be one humdinger of a show if we can manage it. Keep yer eyes peeled for a SHOWS section. Now I need to go to bed or something. -Speedy

Updated Januray 26th
Hey everyone. This is our fabulous new news section. Anyone in the band will be able to access this, and post updates about the band or their lives. What We're doing right now is recording an EP with Dr. Mike. Mike is really great and giving us some good stuff in the recording department. Robert and I heard the first complete song for the first time today and we thought it was damn good. Our song line-up for the EP includes Julianne, Playing Around With You, Last Tuesday (a new favorite for us all), Growing Close, and A Care In The World. All some of our favs and we're psyched. We plan to have this done in the not too distant future. It's hard to say since we're getting it done for free and cost doesn't become an issue in that case. Unfortunately we also have to do it in our spare time so we get to see Mike to record for a few hours once a week. Give and take I suppose. See ya later. -Speedy
