.. Never Forget The Roots and Cohorts...
There is nothing more influential, powerful, and rivetting than  the  'watched', call it seen  word, scene, episode, experience name it. The power manifested in vision has never been greater today , thanks to the plethora of information technology gadgetary that enables us to catch the scene in real time, store it , manage it(youb can, call it doctoring it, if you will), store it, disseminate it and update it as and when we see fit. The importance of vision has not been lost to media moguls who use it to garner public support in line with their goals; politicians who use graphic images to depict the mismanagement , squander, lack of commitment to the noble and  common cause of their rivals, doubtless  to garner public support. Individuals have not slept on their laurels. Images, call them pictures if you will, have become sources of evidence to implicate authorities for impropriety; used as records to document history as and when we live it; and of course has become a source of income for some who prefer to document incidents, accidents as they occur, sometimes losing the very moral fiber to lend a hand to the hapless  victims. That says  it all!
That is one of the drivers that underpins this page, Enjoy it the best you can buddy!
