| January 10, 1961 Willy Stern 202 Leonard Avenue Nashville, TN 37205 Dear Willy Stern: Please be advised that we consider you to be in breach of our agreement with you for the delivery of Willy Wonka's Special Stew. Having failed to conform with the terms of that order, we are no longer interested in receiving those items from you, and consider that you are in breach of that agreement. We will therefore look elsewhere to meet our requirements in that regard. Please be further advised that by reason of this material change we must treat your repudiation and/or breach as final and therefore not retractable. We are therefore relieved of any remaining obligation we may have had under that agreement. Pursuant to the above described breach of agreement or anticipatory repudiation of the agreement, we must insist that our damages in the amount of $3 candy lines be paid in full at once. These damages were caused by your failure to complete the terms of the agreement as outlined, and are therefore due and owing to us pursuant to the laws of the State of Confusion. We have made every attempt to mitigate those damages, but there is still due and owing to us the above described amount. We will anticipate receiving such funds from you on or before $2.50 to the Wanegan. Sincerely, the counselors in Fargo _______________________ By: Jim who tells the Peach Pie Story wrong the counselors in Fargo Camp Nebagamon Lake Nebagamon, Wisconsin 54849 |
