| "FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS" 1. What type of bodywork do you do and what should I expect? I do a combination of Swedish/ Deep Tissue mixed with various techniques that I have developed over time and with experience. My bodywork is very strong and firm (which can be adjusted according to individuals), but at that same time feels very relaxing and great to the touch. A much lighter to the touch type of session can be done if requested. When you enter my place of business, I will talk with you about any problems you may have, ask you to undress completely (a towel/sheet is available if you prefer not to be nude) and lay face down on the table. I ask clients not to move around and lay still and concentrate on their breathing for the best effect. I do not engage in conversation during the session, this is your time to relax and I need to concentrate on you. Should something bother you it is fine to let me know. You will have time to carry on conversation before and after the session. I also do Foot Reflexology which is done entirely on the feet. Foot Reflexology is based on the principle that there are areas, known as reflex points on the feet and also hands that correspond to each organ, gland and structure of the human body. When pressure is applied to these reflexes, tension is reduced all over the body and a state of relaxation takes place. The session is done on a massage table. You are clothed for this session, except of course for socks and shoes. 2. What are the benefits of bodywork? Bodyworkhelps to ease stress within your body & mind and helps you to relax, which in turns will give you a very good nights sleep. Bodywork also eases sore muscles and makes the muscles feel good. In addition, bodywork also maximizes the benefits of exercise by increasing circulation which brings oxygen & nutrient rich blood to the muscle tissues to promote recovery and growth. At the same time it flushes out lactic acid that builds up naturally during exercise and creates the "aches and pains" that people talk about. Bodywork also reduces the chances of being injured by relaxing the muscle. 3. Do you do the entire body? Yes, unless told otherwise. Back, shoulders, neck, buttocks, thighs, calves, arms, hands, feet. 4. Is the session done on a table? Yes, a full size table is used. 5. How long is the session? Sessions are an hour or 1.5 hours depending on what the client prefers (no 30 minute sessions). 6. What are your rates? In Calls BodyWork 1 hour $80 90 minutes $100 Foot Reflexology 1 hour $70 BodyWork/Foot Reflexology Comb 90 minutes $100 7. Where are you located? Long Island City in Queens across from the 59th Street Bridge or the Van Dam exit (the last exit before you enter Manhattan) off the LIE. I am located in a private brownstone in a very nice, quiet, safe neighborhood near PS1 and the CitiBank Building. I am approximately 5/10 minutes away from Midtown Manhattan. If traveling by subway you can take the E or V (V does not run on weekends) to the first stop in Queens (23rd Street-Ely Ave.) or the #7 to the 3rd stop in Queens (45th Road/ Court House Square) & the G (21st St.) and am within a 1 minute walk. Of course you can connect to these trains by all the other trains. If traveling by car, there is free parking on the streets in my neighborhood. 8. What are your days/hours and appointment availability? Mon thru Fri (1pm to 10pm) Sat (hours vary) Last appointments are 8:30pm or 9:00pmpm. It is best to schedule a day in advance or at least early in the day for same day appointments. To make an appointment call me at 212-946-5688 (no emails, unless confirmed with your phone call). My time is as available as your time, so please be on time. I will not return any beeper or pager numbers and I do not do outcalls. No calls between 11pm and 7am. 9. Is there any one you will not work on? Anyone with serious health problems without their doctor's permission. Anyone with any contagious skin disorder or illness. Sorry but I do not work on individuals over 240 lbs. Also I will not work on anyone who is not hygienically clean. Please make sure to shower before your appointment. If for some reason (work, etc,) you cannot shower, a shower is available to you at my place. 10. Do you do bodywork only? Yes, this is a legitimate/professional real bodywork sessions (which means I do not do it in the nude, provide sex, etc.). I do an extremely superb professional & strong session and like most bodywork, it can be sensual, but remember this is NOT a sexual session and I am not an escort. If you are looking for an escort, please look elsewhere, but if you are lookjng for one of the best bodywork sessions around, then I am your guy. |
