Adventures in Shenandoah National Park

(July 13-15, 2007)

We decided to take a trip to the mountains during this already hot and brutal summer. It seemed a getaway a few thousand feet up might not only cool us down, but rejuvenate us as well with new sites to see, paths to explore, and mountains to climb. We had no idea what we might encounter nor what challenges we would face. At the end of the adventure, it was well worth the trip and we njot only grew closer as a family, but stronger in our resolve.

Let the story of our journey begin...
