Camping in the Outer Banks

one last adventure...

After all the good and bad we went through at the end of summer, it was a much needed camping adventure that we planned as our last excursion of the season. The destination was Oregon Inlet campgrounds, which I scouted earlier in the summer and found to be a cool, little place buried in the sand dunes and a short hike to the ocean...

At $20 a night and all the sand, sun, and water you could want, how could we go wrong...we had a blast...and a perfect ending to the summer vacation.
